Summer Internship Program Update!!

June 21st, 2008

dscf34331.jpgThe Vision for Chile Summer Internship Program is still going strong. Five young women from Simpson University in Redding, CA are serving as intern in Temuco, Chile. They continue to teach English at the C&MA Schools in that area. As you can see in the pictures it is winter in Chile and there is no heat in the classrooms they teach.

dscf34951.jpgThe interns will be returning to California on June 28th! So as things wrap up, please continue to keep them in your prayers. Pray for the relationships they have had and the impact these young ladies have had on their students.

dscf34941.jpgPray for the witnessing opportunities they will have in this last week. And of course pray for their safety as they return next Saturday. We thank you for your prayers and support that you are all so generous in giving!

As of right now something that was purchased in Chile during 2002 costs twice as much in 2008. Also with the increasing cost of fuel, airline prices are up. These factors are adding to the cost of operating this ministry.
